Just ask her.

However, if she is from job to job, you should seriously consider if you want to deal with her work ethic. Despite what she may tell you, it is unlikely that she is a good worker, and you should really decide if you want to create an employer-employee relationship which may ruin your regular relationship.

What is she interested in and would she be able to perform at your business. I am a straight forward person so I would say just sit down and talk to her. What is the worse thing that could happen she would say no but u tried at least. IF she lives with you then give her so long to find a stable job or move because u gave her a chance to make money GOOD LUCK

I'd tell her that you know she has some financial obligations and you would like to help her out by starting a company with her. However, be careful though because if she floats from job to job there's a good chance that she will not stick around too long and then you'll have to either close the company (and lose your money that you have invested) or run the company by yourself.

Your question got cut off, are you asking if we have suggestions on approaching this? I would suggest simply being direct and straightforward with her. If you are going to be in business with anyone, family or otherwise, it is essential that you can have an upfront conversation with them. If you don't feel that you can talk this way with your niece, she might not be the right person to start this financial venture with.
