Usually a portion of the video is blurred, for example the face of a person in an interview which involve confidentiality is blurred to avoid being recognised. How to do it or undo it?

That is a good question. I don't see an option in Adobe for that. If I had to do this, I would go frame by frame and edit a mask onto the subject, but that would take for ever.

Try writing to your local news channel, they do it all the time. If you write nice, they usually answer.

I searched for the answer on the Internet and did not find anything.
