If your pay has been withheld or shorted purposely, and you can prove it, then, in some states, you are entitled to triple the amount owed as punitive damage.
Maybe there is an avenue there.

well this happened to me before, i just kept asking my manager and they said they made a mistake with my name..im not sure what is your case but my previous company didn't pay me for 2 months and i quit..once i quit they paid me but to get back at them for treating me that way I went to the ministry of labour and sued their little bums off..hehe...and its FREE if u're in CANADA..
