Well, I'm sure you mean to ask more than which airlines have flights. Do you mean how to get a passport or a visa? Your own country (you don't state which one) is responsible for providing a passport, and they make the rules there. The visa to enter the US comes from the US embassy, and they make the rules there. Basically, they have no problem with tourists, little more with business people and students, and a whole lot with people who are attempting to emigrate. I say "attempting," because it's just not easy at all. As I understand it, the most recent rules involve a lottery system, and so the US embassy will have to explain to you how you can sign up for this. My own advice would be to visit as a tourist, get to know the areas in which you are interested, and perhaps apply to universities to be a student. It may be that you can do it in one step, but it will probably take enough money to fly back and forth two or three times in order to achieve your goals.

Without more details on what you want, this is the best I can do.

No doubt traveling to US is every body dream come true, but still every day thousand of travelers are reaching to US after getting visa from US consulate, the staff at US embassy are very coperate and very intelligent, they least reject the visa untill they have some doubt about the credibility of the person who has applied for visa, they are also human being and i will say very humourous human being, they know the normal man mentality, and they respect every body who has applied the visa to reaqch US. They too co-operate and advise u properly if u are lack of any document, u just reach at interview with positive attitude and talk to the counsler with full confidence I hope u will get the visa. All the best

i read that US gets as many as 40 million visitors per year, that's like population of England or Germany or France. you need a passport and maybe a visa depending on which country you live in, also you didn't say where you would like to visit in US. remember to bring lots and lots of money...
