Maybe this will help,

How I Fix My Hs_err_pid Error

First Goto Start, Control Panel, Add And Remove Programs, Set Program Access And Defaults. You Can Choose Either Microsoft Windows Or Custom (i Choose Custom) Click On The Down Arrow And At The Bottom It Has Choose A Default Virtual Machine For Java I Choose Use Current Virtual Machine For Java And Selected Enable Access To This Program For Microsoft Virtual Machine. Make Sure You Hit Ok To Save Your Settings. This Worked For Me I Hope It Works For You.

Also make sure you do not have multiple versions of java on your computer, that can cause conflict. If this does not help here is the link I got this from they had several (more complicated) suggestions
