Ok..so heres my problem. I have an English project and thankfully i have finished it, just need to put some finishing touches...and one on them is a background picture i.e. a picture behind the text. so i have found a big picture that suited me and streched it so that it covered the whole page. Now when i printed it the picture didnt cover the whole paper, but instead there was a white margin on each side of the picture and also above and below it. So plz is there any way to make the picture appear as a whole background in printing, without the white margins.

Could you print the page with just the picture on it then reprint the page with text?

After u write the content in the document.. then frm the ->Format menu go to the-> Background option frm that -> Fill Effects and click the ->Picture tab and select the picture u want...

then take ->Page Setup and under the ->Paper tab change the paper to custom size and at the ->Print options print check the box that says include backgrnd images..

hope this works .. am not sure.. pls lemme know..

otherwise u have to Zero down all the values of all margins, gutter, header, footer and also set the paper to custom size.. but the problem is u hav to align the text without any margin help..
this am pretty sure will do...

You need a borderless printer. Generally most printers have only a limited printing area in order to process the paper correctly. A borderless printer would not have this limitation

Firstly, you'll need a printer that can print borderless picture. Because even if your picture shows, but your printer can't do it.

And in WORD, i don't think you can print borderless.
