since I downloaded IE 7 I canoot find the files I browsed on the web

I guess you mean the sites you've browsed.. just click on the `history' icon in the taskbar of `IE' if its not there, right click on the taskbar, select `customize' select the `history' icon from the left window and click on `add'

does it not have a history button like IE 6? i haven't used it yet.

usually you right click the tool bar and add buttons you want. should be a history button you can add. Or a check mark to turn on history view panel in the "view" drop down.

Just view your temporary internet files folder from C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\ (assuming you are running windows). Read a bit more from http://www.senioryears.com/tempfiles.html. Good luck.
