There was actually a short segment on some NFL films special about this (well, #1 mainly). For #1 most players just have coaches/players hold towels around them and they leak on the grass. Othertimes they just hold a tower on their.....and pee in it. One player (or maybe it was just someone supposing, I 4get) accidentally used a pissed-in-towel.
La'roi Glover said one time he was being double teamed by 2 linemen and he just let go. I don't recall whether it was #1 or #2 though.

That`s a good question if they doo-doo on themselfs the other team won`t touch him then again when that person goes back to the sideline I`m sure he would be sitting by himself

I'd think you either hold it in or you wait till the other unit is on the field. If your offense, you wait till the defense is on the field. If you are defense, you wait till the offense is on the field.
