Bush will still be commander and chief, the only thing a dem house and or senate can do is manipulate the money, not much will change. From the perspective of the insurgents; nothing changes, they still have a civil war to fight. From the perspective of the terrorist; they are only in Iraq to receive training and move on to positions around the world, which will continue. From the American perspective; it will take several years, the cost will be many lives and limbs, tons of money, and we will see little in the way of change from now until we get a new president.

I'd be more worried about an increase in terrorist violence increasing in the US should the Democrats regain control of the House and Senate

Oh boy, you've been listening to George again. Congress and the Senate are not two different entities, the Senate is part of Congress. Now, if you repeat after me there is some hope of your brain starting to work for you again. George Bush is an idiot and I will not repeat what he says. George Bush is an idiot and I will not repeat what he says. Keep it up and you will start to feel better.

The terrorists and insurgents are giving it their best shot right before our election.
They are campaigning for Democrats.
Beware of some serious attacks before Nov 7.

It'll increase either way.
It'll increase whether we go or stay.
Why not use the Machiavellian approach we're accused of?
Let'em duke it out, then kill the winner.
