The information you provide will be confidential to whomever it is being givin to. It is being monitored specifically to make sure that the person answering your call or calling you is doing their job. I work in market research and there are supervisors making sure that the callers aren't using foul language, being rude or even in some cases ignoring the people on the phone. If your wondering do they remember your information while listening or recording, they dont, people who answer these calls have millions to deal with on an everyday basis.... Dont sweat it. Hope that answers your question.

I have had a few jobs where everything was confidential...but that didn't mean those who didn't need to know didn't know. Example: I am a home support worker but if one of my clients tells me something or does something that could be a danger to her, I tell my supervisor. The whole point of confidentiality is that people who don't need to know, won't.

Did you press #1 for English? No call is confidential, I suppose. Just watch what you say around here!
