There is no average believe it or not. There is such a huge difference at this age among males due to increase of hormones and onset of puberty. You are in the top 5 percentile. If your growth continues (as most males experience growth up until the age of 18) past 6ft5in you may want to have your hypothalamus (growth center of the brain) scanned for abnormalities, that could lead to death, but in the meantime have ill effects on your cognitive thought processes.

You seem to be tall for your age, ..but height really does vary alot. I wouldn't worry too much about it, I'm fairly certain you haven't stopped growing yet.
