There really is no "normal" flaccid penis size....anywhere in the world. It all depends on genetics. Some penises tend to keep a relatively elongated condition even when flaccid, but this means that they don't grow as much as it get to the erect state. Other penises tend to lose alot of volume when flaccid, and become quite compact. Generally, this type of penis tends to grow substantially in size when erect....and can reach the exact size of the other type of penis, and even larger.....again, it's important to understand that "genetics" plays the important role where size is concerned. In other words, just because a man's penis may be relatively small when flaccid, does not mean that it will be small when erect. At the same time, just because a man's penis maintains a relatively elongated size when flaccid, does not guarantee that it will be huge when erect. It just goes to show you.....there are no guarantees in life!

It can vary widely, and there is no "normal" size. Some men have similar size erect and flaccid, some men are about half size, and some men are extremely small when flaccid. Don't be insecure about it, its something that all men worry about, but its not that big of a deal.

Between 2 and 4 inches is normal, although this has nothing to do with erect size.

a male flacid penis is 1/2 of it's erect size. Average erection is 6 inches, thus 3 inches while flacid is average.
