Do you need to be on a diet to increase fertility? What foods could increase fertility?

I know I have nothing to worry about considering it can take time to become pregnant but considering the factors I think it should be soon. Been trying about 2 months.
Im 20 years old so it should make a difference.
I take ovulation tests and have intercourse lots once I ovulate.

I know semen is present inside me while Im ovulating so why is that not a definate pregnancy?

Pregnancy rate per cycle is 20-25%. Let's say it's 25% since you're only 20.

If 100 couples are TTCing, after two months, a maximum of 44% of them will be pregnant. The majority -- the other 56% -- are still not pregnant. You are still with the majority.

To make sure you "catch" your fertile window, have sex every other day from the end of your period to 4 days after a positive OPK. If you only have sex when you get a positive OPK, you may be missing the window.

If you are not pregnant within one year, see your OB/GYN to get testing started for both you and your partner. But chances are you will be pregnant well before then.

It took me over two years to conceive my second child (im now 29 weeks). I was told too avoid caffeine as it can lower your chances. I drank alot of cola, I stopped smoking and tried to have fun and forget about it. Once I stopped trying so hard I found out I was preggas so enjoy yourself as much as you can and you never know what might happen.

Be patient, 2 months isn't a long time when you really think about how long some couples try for children. Also stressing about it doesn't help.
