Give sony a call, you're looking at about a 100 bucks plus shipping to them. Dont think you can do it yourself

its super easy, but it costs 250 dollars. the new screen actually comes with a sony psp, free of charge.

My Friend just broke his screen some how and he had a warranty but they said that it wouldn't cover the costs so he called the company and they had him send it to a repair place in California and it costed him 90 dollars.
