I don't know if there are any. I've never thought about it. I know that it is very positive in a lot of ways. I wish I could master it.

Haven't heard of any. I don't think a little quiet time is going to be cause for alarm.
Some do some deep breathing with it and apparently some people pass out, (I think common sense comes into effect here, if you're turning purple take a breath) but if you sit on the floor this shouldn't be a big problem. I've done the deep breathing and never felt like passing out.
I recommend meditation I think it has a lot of benifits

Some would say the ability to give the time to do it right. Some want to be able to meditate, but on their terms ("Can I meditate in traffic? I'm stuck there an awful lot.")
