If yes then wave speed depends on frequency & speed does not....ugh i m so confused....If no, can v use wave speed instead of speed of sound in solving numericals?

sound itself is one kind of waves so
sound speed=speed of sound wave
and it is obvious that speed of different waves are not equal. for example speed of light waves are much more greater than speed of sound.

NO it is not.
The speed of sound is a term used to describe the speed of sound waves passing through an elastic medium

i think there are the same... because sound travels in waves... but i am tht sure srry
