How to send pics through a text?

How can I send my husband pictures off the computer onto his cell phone. I cannot figure this out it is driving me nuts. Please someone give me a clue....

I want to be able to send him funny pics and ect. while he is at work and other friends as well. I know this is possible just don't know how to do it....

Try using BlueTooth. Plug it into your USB then turn your mobile's bluetooth on.
From there, you could easily send pictures from phone to PC and vice versa.
