In India, the caste profile is 20% Upper caste 40% middle caste 40% lower caste In the USA , the Indian immigrants are from a middle class upper caste blend 60% Upper caste 40% middle caste The 60% upper castes have a higher than white IQ and get college degrees and there is parental push to Doctor or Engineer, which pays well The 40% middle caste such as Sikhs and Patels have lower than white IQ But they have some advantages too No illegitimate births, whereas 25% of white births are illegitimate The Hindu caste system, gives an extended family for social support They work well in blue collar jobs like driving trucks or run motels They also save a lot and are thrifty So the middle castes also make $100k by running a business Median Hindu income is above the median Jewish income Median white income is $55k Interestingly muslim Indians severely underperform, Median Bangladeshi muslim income is $45k

they are most definitely not! this is too general of a question...
I mean someone can be rich, but also at the same time can get so stupid.... they can get the best education and all, but they might not want to learn? that is an issue.... it applies to the poor too, being poor doesn't meant that he or she is stupid... or less intelligent.... they just need the chance to prove that they are intelligent ... and I believe most of the chances were given to the rich, as they got the money to create easy opportunities... as compared to the poor, where they have to stive for it real hard.

They do NOT necessarily come from a different background, look at alan sugar, started out like del boy, some people are just very good at a particular thing, or have an idea first or something, some people are smarter yes, but all of them? No.
Also, some poor people are really smart, they just don't put it to good use, or some people don't know where their particular skill lies.

Not all all. Pick up the books "The Millionaire Next Door" or "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and you'll learn a lot as to why those who are rich get richer and those who are poor get poorer.

I think we are both intelligent as each one relies on the other to achieve their respective goals. The rich person uses his wealth to employ the best just like what Roman Abramovich is doing at Chelsea Football Club. The poor person can escape poverty by doing intelligent work for the rich person and can benefit through a good salary, e.g. David Beckham. However, poor people can be intelligent but sometimes they seem to be unaware of this precious gift and thus continue to languish in poverty. The rich on the other hand can use their wealth to exploit the poor.

No, They are not intelligent. They are hardworking, they do not waste time, they save thier money for future instead of spending for no cause. They sacrifice a lot of things to be rich. Intelligence is no way connected to rich or poor

Rich people will often have high expectations both of themselves and their children and they will push themselves and children to do things which will increase their chances or earning money.
Intelligent people from poor backgrounds don't need parents who are like this as they will figure it out for themselves.
However, there are intelligent people who don't want to become rich because they realise that money isn't everything.
There are, of course, rich people who are as thick as two short planks.

No they are not... intelligence has nothing to do with ability to accrue cash...
Rich people are largely beget from other rich folk... money always looks after itself...
The poor that make it rich soon acquire the attributes and mannerisms of rich, but not necessarily any additional intelligence.
