im looking to get my employees more involved and would like to do some contests with them but i have no idea about what to do. any ideas would be helpful.

How bout one that sees who can brag up the grub the longest without bursting into laughter. They get to eat real food for an entire shift in front of all the others that laughed first.

have the employees vote for the best worker next week the friendliest person to customers.
Change it everyweek and let them vote only for someone else.
or have them rate on a scale 1 to 10 everyone but themselves.
