Not at all. If you're accessing it from a home computer, you signed up for a plan with your Internet Service Provider (ISP), and you will be charged according to that plan (usually around $15 bucks a month for 56k dialup connections, $40 for cable, or $80 for DSL.

If you access the internet from your cell phone, you're charged per kilobyte downloaded, so, the more sites you visit, the higher your bill is. But I don't think you can access Yahoo! Answers from a cell phone, so I imagine you're on a home pc or laptop.

You shouldn't do!! Otherwise it would cost a fortune. Do you pay a monthly fee or are u using a pay per minute option? If you pay a monthly amount, then you won't get charged anything else, if you are on the other one, well pretty self explanatory, you get charged by the minute....the monthly option is much better value for money, unless you hardly EVER use the internet...but its quite addictive :D

No you do not get charged for websites unless you are visiting a website that requires some type of membership.

No you pay your Internet Provider each month and if its dial up you can go on as many sites as you like. If you are on broadband you will have a limit to what you can use. But it is doubtful that you will reach that limit, unless you are downloading loads and loads. Or if you are not paying a provider and you are using pay as you go, then that is what it sounds, pay as you go, but try to limit yourself to using it during off peak hours.
