was out with my children when a local boy started shouting at me in the street for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I know the boy by sight though he is not a friend of my kids as there is an age gap. The things he was shouting were really serious and CERTAINLY not true. I went to his house and told his mum who went mad and grounded him. I just cant understand why he said this stuff. ANY IDEAS?

Either he just hasn't been taught to treat people with respect or it could be a mental issue.

Because unfortunately this is youth culture today... and no matter how unruley they get they are covered by the law... in fact most times they think they are untouchable by the law... i think people need to start disciplining there children... and schools should be able to take a much firmer hand with educating them... it never did us any harm... i think its politics gone mad hon...

Try talking to his mother again to see if she can spread any light on the situation. Invite her round to yours for a cuppa so it doesn't seem like your having a go at her but your just trying to make conversation. Good luck. xx

He was probably just trying to be funny. When all it was is stupid. Trust me i know kids at school do it all the time! and if i was his mom i would have grounded him too! He deserves it!!!!!!!
