Because unfortunately this is youth culture today... and no matter how unruley they get they are covered by the law... in fact most times they think they are untouchable by the law... i think people need to start disciplining there children... and schools should be able to take a much firmer hand with educating them... it never did us any harm... i think its politics gone mad hon...
