Virus Burst is a SmitFraud Desktop Hijack malware. What Norton is detecting may be the traces left by the program VirusBurst.

As previously mentioned, it sounds as though the Virus Burst infection was only half-removed.

You can go out to norton and find the virus it should tell you how to remove it. Or check at antivirus.com to run housecall. It may be able to remove it. Also run adaware and spybot to see if it can help clean any traces up.

AVG Antispyware (Ewido): http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
A Squared Free: http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/
Update them and Norton also, reboot your PC tap F5 during boot and enter safe mode. Scan your pc using all of them and remove what they find.

go www.download.com and i believe its named avg free edition, its free and zonealarm is the firewall you can use for free. This programs has removed few viruses for me.
