Death sentence is a easy punishment don't you think. They can easily escape out of this life,after injuring a person physically,spiritually,mentally,socially,breaking her down for ever,(sometimes they even kill their victims even brutally).

If the death sentence was applied for both rape and murder then rapists would have an incentive to kill their victims.
The punishment would be the same and they would be less likely to get caught.

Most rapists aren't given the death sentence. There are all kinds of rapists, such as the now several female school teachers that have been convicted of statutory rape and had prison terms, so I would be careful not to generalize all rapists. A 21yr old who gets arrested for having a consensual relationship with a 15yr old, is different than a guy who rapes a stranger.
Those special cases of statutory rape aside, I think since rape is not about sex but about power and control, (sex being used as the weapon), all rapists should be chemically castrated, then psychoanalyzed to see if this is a correctable situation, say the college date raper who after a lobotomy might be able to have some function in society. Otherwise, is there is no chance of salvaging them as productive human beings, to save us the cost of warehousing them, they should be executed immediately.
All rapists who murder their victims should simply be executed immediately.

I think rapists no longer should have the priviledge of having an erection or having children so whatever would accomplish both is fine with me. In addition to this, I think they should receive a life sentence in jail and a permanent mark on their body that lets people know that they are rapists.

At least a life sentence without possibility of parole. Death penalty would be better; less tax for the rest of us law-abiding citizens. I don't want to have to support rapists with my money!

Actually, Farkas, it costs more to kill someone than to hold them for a life sentence. And if you ask me, spening the rest of their natural life as a number with no rights is a fair punishment. Execution ends their misery.

They should be put in a cell with the victims and thier families and let justice be done if that doesnt do anything they should be hung by the b*lls on a noose made of chicken wire and let down slowly each day until it has cut through, they should be made to suffer.

Firstly, tattoo them as 'rapist' (forehead).
Then, have them raped by a big manly brute, and make sure he shows absolutely no mercy.
Depending on the number of offences, he should be raped as many times as he has raped, with no particular timing method in place, just set the punisher to work at random times, ensuring some of them are while the asshole is sleeping.
Finally, put him in a cell all by himself left only with vidoes of gay porn showing 24/7 on every wall of his cell. (Unless he IS gay, then make it something really grueling like Martha Stewart or something.)
If he has a female accomplice (i.e., homolka), she should endure the same, only the gay porn videos should be replaced with constant videos of crying babies.
That should crack them fairly good.
Don't even get me started on pedophiles. They're a whole different story...

They can go to jail (hard labor sentence) for a while and then stamped on the forehead as they get out with a mark that never fades, marking them as rapists and then everybody will deal with them worse than a plague and their lives would be ruined same as they ruined somebody's life before.

CASTRATION
Gets my vote, seriously I don't know what we could do, I don't really think anybody does, Its such a selfish act, and so many lives have already been affected by it and so many continue to be, castration is a good idea, but to get to that point they would have already had to hurt someone, We have to figure out a way to stop them before they do it.

Their punishment should be death ,simply chop their heads off,or by whatever means that is not excessively cruel.Yes, they will leave this life but their punishment continues in the hereafter
