this chic has changed her story so many times and watching her demeanor on tv shows she isnt being truthful in my opinion i think she was given a shitt load of money to keep her mouth shut and now she is trying to make her strip partner look bad if its the case shame on her. being raped and not having people believe you is hurtful enough if this did really happen i hope kim gets what coming to her and those boys.

Everyone...the accuser, her partner, the boys, even the prosecutor...are all liars in this. I don't think we have heard the truth yet from anyone. Consequently, the case probably should never have gone this far.

The "rape" victim's attorney has yet to interview her. What's up with that? I heard it on one of those court tv shows the other night. This happened last Spring. Wouldn't he want to hear her side of the story directly from her?

Yeah, she lied! I didn't think so at first - I tend to sympathize with rape victims, however after all other facts have come to light I kinda feel bad for the poor little rich boys.

I don't care. If the girl was raped, I feel bad for her. But you can't go into a drunken hormone crazy party, take off your clothes and expect to be safe. You have to take your own safety into your hands, and if you are a stripper, that goes double.
