Yes, I can't function without my morning coffee and cigarette. Nasty habit, I know, but it's the breakfast of champions for me!

Yep wake up ,walk to the kettle in a zombie state ,make coffee , light up cigareete , Ah the day has now begun.

I always have to have a good stretch before I go to sleep, and I have to have a cup of tea in the morning... If I don't get the stretch, I can't sleep. If I don't drink a cup of tea, I'm sleepy for the rest of the day... :-)

Ahem... This one's a bit embarrassing...
I get up, pee, then I have a cigarette and after that I always go for a number 2 - lol!!!
Going visibly red now - ha ha!
That is my one daily ritual though!

i have to watch music videos, altho i often complain on how there are no good rock videos on t.v but i guess the complaining is part of my ritual. oh yeah i need 2 shower 2.
