Whats the name of this bad horror movie?

I watched it in 1991 or 1992, bad horror movie. Girl works in a diner marries a mortician who lives in a giant house and finds out all the gruesome things that go on inside. Classic quote from an ambulance driver who delivers bodies to the house at the begining of the movie: "You cant get aids from a dead person."
