You should discover the things about you that you dont like. Then take time to think it through and decide what you are going to do about it and whether you want to change it. Life is never all about being perfect, but you have to change a lot. Goal is to be a better person than you were yesterday. You can talk to someone close to about how things can be better and what your options are. If someone doesnt like you, then dont even question yourself coz you are the only person that knows the real you. You are and can be spectacular...just believe in yourself!

1. Try to ignore whatever it is you don't like about yourself. If it's your thighs, try to go for 20 minutes a day without thinking about them. Don't even THINK about thinking about them. It's very hard, but it can be done.
2. Try to focus on the more positive things about yourself. If you don't like something you did, try to think of the good things you've done. It'll make you feel a whole lot better about yourself.
3. If it's serious, maybe going to a counsouler would help. There meant to help!

You have to learn to accept yourself for the person you are. Don't base it on the bad decisions you've made in life...look at the good aspects of yourself and be proud of those things. You have to accept the good and the bad of yourself if you expect someone else to.

Hi there, well i have the same problem as you but i learned to acept that i am NOT perfect,and im okay with that. i look at my imperfections as a blessing because then i know ppl are liking me for me. Nobody can love you if you cant love yourself. Just know that nobody is perfect and their are many other people out there that have the same problem. also if its something like wieght or your hairy or something the n fix it . hope it all works out foryou. If it's physical and it's truly bothering you, plastic surgery is one way to go. if it's mental, then seek out a psychiatrist... If it's a habitual problem eg. alcoholism then you can try to quit it through some rehab program.
Talk to a friend about it, be open and honest and go through it by writing about it in a diary and consciously tell yourself to love yourself and be happy with whatever your mama gave you.

I think each of us find something within us that we dont like. Try to focus on that and change what you dont like. And if you cant change it learn to live with it because we are all differnt in some way or another and thats what makes the world. would be boring if we all looked alike and acted alike wouldnt it?
