I have MCA with 2 year exp in Testing ,client/server and web applications.How much salary hike can i expect?

My Current CTC is 1.65 pa.

With ur current exp i feel this is too low...u can directly get a 100% hike...2ys exp is lot my dear....atleast ask for a 100% so that even if they compromise u can fix upon some 75%

You can get about 50% hike if you are changing company. It depends on place to place and various based on situation and your importance. Some of my friends of your profile got 100% hike changing the company.
