if interviewer ask this qestion why u want 2 alway change ur job within short period?

I have been interviewing a LOT of people lately, and received a very good answer to this question.
She said that she wanted to try something different, and then realized that she wanted to do the job I had posted instead, which she had done previously.
She said that she realized what she was missing and wanted to get back to what she liked doing best, and that sometimes people need to explore other opportunities to find out what they really like to do in life.
Pretty good answer, I am going to hire her.

just like the owner doesn't always find the right candidate, same like that sometimes even candidate doesn't find the right owner. hope u also want candidate to make progress through the progress of company . hope i am at the right place.
