Could you not just get the original game and replace the pencil and paper for a tub of playdough?
I have played a game called Cranium, and that has a playdough section in it, but it is not the same game as Pictionary. It has general knowledge questions too.
Would the game still be called Pictionary, seeing as though you wouldn't be drawing pictures....maybe it would be called Playdoughtionary? Lol. x

It's called RAPIDOUGH. Should be available in WHSmith. Good fun in groups! Enjoy.

The only game i can think of like this is "cranium" one of its parts is played like this.
