any ideas for a good, last minute halloween costume for a 21 year old girl? needs to be cheap, but also want something original!

take a clear plastic garbage bag and fill it with different colored ballons of all sizes and shapes and then find small bags of jelly beans for the top. You are a bag of Jelly beans.

I once put on an old dress that I had lying around, teased my hair, put on excessive eye makeup and tapped a $20 bill to my chest and went as a call girl.... because of the $20 on my chest, everyone knew I was a call girl!

Dress nicely then put lots of jewellery on her chest area, earrings necklace etc, and go as a treasure chest. or wear a dress, wings and a bag of tic tac's for the tooth fairy.

use a strong black plastic sack cut to desired length,jaggered .the bottom of the sack can be for your head ,just cut hole and have plunging neck line .cut arm out at sides .put the thick belts you can buy .maybe killer heels our sexy boots instead of an hat get a wig our just get some green spray for you hair.belive me plastic bag do work i did it my self and won competition
