yes. my husband had this test from his office to check for osteoporosis, the one who does the test said that he's young to be tested for that(he's only 27), but still insist, the result came to be osteopenia--he's only short of 0.1 point for it to result osteoporosis.

It's the same for men and women, they can if they are not taking in enough calcium and vitamin D
Calcium strengthens bones and teeth and vitamin D aids the absorption of calcium
