depends on ur definition of toy ... the classic daisy single-cok "kids" bb gun can kill birds at close range, put out a kids eye, and bust windows out of ur house ... a "pump" type or "spring-air" type are more serious and can kill squirrels, or even a house cat or small dog and possibly kill a person especially an infant with a neck or head shot ... the only true "toy" bb guns come in a plastic blister pack and pop out plastic pellets, water, or the plastic suction-cup arrows ....

every toy gun is safe to play with but only indoors
there have been many instances when army or police officers shot down kids playing with toy guns suspecting the toy guns to be real
never ever try toy guns outdoor

No types of guns are safe to play with!! One should not consider a gun as a toy. A toy is a truck, ball, doll, skipping rope..not a gun!!

no i don't even sell cheap toy guns to no kids i dont care if they had all the money in the world . I wouldn't even allow paintball guns.

of course, i personally owns a bb gun and nobody ever got hurt(excerpt some birds and my pet dog)
Just make sure the gun is not aimed at any person's eyes

no form of a gun (with the exception of a blow dart gun) is a toy. it is safe if it is surpervised by an adult if it is for a child.
