Recently I became a member of a forum where many members displayed their signatures in the form of a sparkling backgrounds and pics . If any one knows how to make one of these, plz help me out !!!!!

Just go to the "edit account" or anything synonymous...
You would see there a "signature' box...
If you want to insert a picture:
find the url of the picture you want..
then type :
[img]"url of the pic"[/img]

This depends on what type of forum board you're using. The signature is generally part of the User Profile on most forums, so just go to your user settings/profile and you'll probably find the option to make a signature there.

there are websites where you can get your glitter signatures. one website i know is www.glittermywords.com just type your text and get that word in glitter. then copy it and paste to your signature forum then save it and there you go.
