Any number which is only divisible by either itself or 1, is a prime number.

In the list oyu have given, 7, 13 and 19 are not divisible by any other number except itself or 1. Hence these are prime numbers.

7 is prime
10=2*5 not prime
13 is prime
16=2^4 not prime
19 is prime

prime numbers are numbers that are divisible by the number itself and 1...
i think to find prime numbers you try to divide the number by 2,3,5,7 respectively.....if you don get a whole number then it's probably a prime number....
