I was proud of my country, United States after seeing how in 9/11 every person got together, together and had hope we would catch Osama, how we all united in one even if we all had greed for each other, we joined as one and that made me proud. Seeing my nation leed the world and seeing my nation recover from a bad economy made me prod.

I was proudest, about to burst really, when we landed on the moon. Seeing those guys out there in the middle of pure nowhere, courtesy of too much cash and Yankee ingenuity, made me feel that even the Founders would have approved.
I have never felt as proud since.

i am most proud of my country at new year, every year. scotland is the place to be to celebrate hogmanay! the whole of scotland just turns into one big party, it used to be celebrating the new year, of which it still is, but now being scottish is more of a celebration! i never feel more patriotic than when i hear the pipe band play flower of scotland in edinburgh while the city salutes the st andrews flag, sheer joy! everyone should come to scotland for hogmanay
