Not getting milked on time. Bees, they run even if you buzz in their ear and none are around. And my horse. When we first got a horse and tried using him to bring them in they were so far ahead of me I couldn't round them up. They are also afraid of the words "get im" which is usually followed by our dogs nipping at their heels, after a while we only had to yell this and the dogs didn't even have to move out of the shade to get them into the pasture.
Actually cows can be pretty skitish.

Depends on the cow...some are afraid of nothing while some spook if you sneeze or the wind rustles the leaves.

cows seem to be not afraid of some animals

but they are vulnerable to some animals that attack them
