with this i had very sore nipples and boobs have noticed that the ends of my nipples looked white the other morning. also i have felt quite tired and today have had a couple of cramp in my side. have also had the strange taste in my mouth. now the question is should i have statted to spot only after a week and from this date have all these signs.

Yes, implantation bleeding can occur a week after ovulation. You have pregnancy symptoms, so I advise testing. Buy the 2 pack tests because sometimes if you test too early, you'll get a false negative because your hcg hormone level might be too low to detect. If you get a negative response, wait about 3-5 days and test again. If you are pregnant, your hcg level will double about every 2-3 days. Most hpt's can detect an hcg level of about 50.

you could have had implantation bleeding it is quite possible but as said before.. the more you stress the more your body plays tricks with you.. just relax and test in a week or so ...

it might be implantation spotting or your mind may be playing tricks on you
