I think the majority of posters are simply either too lazy or too dim to check their grammar before posting. I've also read a few posts where askers condemn the use of proper grammar, and deem it "stupid." To those who think in this manner, please consider these examples.
Sentence 1. A woman without her man is nothing.
(Frankly I do not like this sentence. If I were to write this, it would not convey the meaning I intended for it.)
Sentence 2. A woman: without her, man is nothing.
(Now people, do you see the power of proper grammar!)
At least give punctuation a try.

Ah I would think the answer is spelling and grammar!
Many people (myself included) were not the best students, have been out of school for well over 30 years and truly dint remember what they learned back then.
Another thing is a lot of people don't really care about "being proper" and a lot of people just didn't have the correct up bringing with intelligent parents or at least parents that were focused on education.
I am always thankful for spell check and all the help I can get. I also admire those that speak so eloquently and grammar correct. On another thought I have a low tolerance for the politically correct and that type of an attitude so someone who is lacking say in grammar or spelling, well I can still communicate with them and value them. We all have value whether we fit into all the molds that this country has for us or not.
Or perhaps a lot of it is due to poor typing skills?

Honestly? The proper part is the hard part. We use spelling and grammar improperly all the time. Your second sentence shows you don't use one of them properly. You should say, "Honestly, why aren't these taught in schools anymore?". The word "this" is referring to the singular and you are referring to two subjects which is plural. Educate yourself before you point out other's shortcomings. You told on yourself. "You is a smart dummy." Yes no one is perfect but that doesn't mean we should ignore our obligation to try to represent ourselves in a better light. Education is a life long process. It doesn't end with high school or college. We have to continually refine ourselves in every way possible. You try to come off as educated but are fudging it. Lincoln taught himself alot on his own. All of us can do a little of that on the internet for sure. There is no dummy like an old lazy dummy so keep ignorance in check as you go through life. Don't try to discard what people have taken alot of care to teach us or what effort we used to learn and settle for stupidity. Excuses are like...

Then relized , I Sounded like a complete imbecile. So I Changed my ways , Most of the people who do this are teenagers and dont care , They'll surely change their habits when they're older.

I think it's one of those things that's taught at younger ages, but isn't really reinforced. I work as a tutor at my college for composition classes, and I'm amazed at what comes out of people who graduated high school--not that I blame them, but it just adds to my already poor opinion of the public edcation system. Add to that the fact that nobody really reads much anymore--the best way to really "learn" spelling, in my opinion.
