Java as a programming language was developed by Sun Microsystems. You can go to their hosted site www.java.com and download java for free. The version you are asking for 1.4.1 is a bit old, I would highly reccomend you download the latest SDK, unless you must have this specific version. I actually have two version runnig bacuaseI have an application that requires the older version.
