Just like every other job, you do not need any. However the normal entry level for the majority of jobs is 5 GCSE's/High school. And of course once you're in the job you'll have opportunities to undertake vocational qualification in the field you're in. It's also dictates if you want to stay at the entry level you've entered in or if you want to climb the career ladder.

Oh and one more thing, it also depends on the company that is hiring you. Different companies may have different entry requirements.

The ability to do as little work as possible.

Where I live they only collect the bins every two weeks and if you don't leave them on the pavement they don't take them and then the lazy buggers just throw them around and leave them wherever they like. It's enough to make you want to stop paying council tax.

You Dont need any qualifications, other then the fact u must be of another ethnic Minority other then White uk, speak no English, and be an immigrant......Well they all are where i live Anyway..(Sorry if this Offends an English Binmen)
