there are excellent ghost walks around Edinburgh, both above ground and underground. Most of them are ticketed over the Halloween period due to the filming that is being done. Another good one is round and about York.

Edinburgh does some fantastic ghost walks at midnight taking you round the old streets, then to Greyfriers to the McKenzie Poltergiest. You will nees a stiff drink or two before and after tho. Meet at the Mercat Cross. Info on internet.

Whitby, north yorkshire does a professional Ghost walk and Dracula Walk from 8pm every evening with a gentleman called Haunting Harry. Its really good and interesting and suitable for children aswell. Last time I went it was about £4 each and it lasts for a good hour.

The 'Tower of London' has a great reputation for ghosts and if you cannot find any there, do make enquiry at 121b Baker Street in London. There is a guy there who is very good at solving all sorts of problems.

Try the local tourist information centre, they usually have the info on all kinds of walks. If you don't have one, try the library.
