My wife and I are considering attending a swinging party. This will be our first, we just wanted to see if there was anyone out there that could give us an idea of what we might expect.

My advice is to start slow....agree between you that you are going to see what its all about, but not to participate. You should agree on what your boundaries are going to be beforhand and dont step beyond the boundaries. They can abe tons of fun if the two of you handle it right, if you handle it wrong it can be a disaster. Keep in mind that this something you are experiencing together not as a replacement for you. If that is what you both want. You will be sharing you intimate partner with other people. Therfore, your intimacy is no longer cheerished, it will be competition. Your wife will now be placed in position for the other men to experience, when in fact she is only supposed to be experienced by you. If there is a need that needs to be met you are supposed to rise to the occassion and satisfy that need, no one else should be involved. The marriage bed is undefiled, but orgies (swingers parties) are simply a breeding ground for disease, and divorce. Have fun and wear a condom

I'm sure they're out there----a bunch of sickos---perverse----WHAT ever happened to the MARRIAGE vows you and your wife took?
The message of introducing complications into your marriage by even thinking of swinging is insane---WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? Be satisfied with your wife----Remember curiosity KILLED the cat----and I will tell you your marriage will be like the cat if you introduce swinging into the equation of your marriage!

just do what you are ok with, many book stores have dates and addresses of parties in your area, check them out

I would reccomend listening to swingercast podcast. Its definitely helped me with my decisions about swinging.

did you consider what happens if one of you falls in love (more likely women, since making love.. well.. makes us fall in love)?
once the game started and only one partner wants to quit, guess what? not so easy...
