I own a INTEL915GVWB mother board with 1 pci express 1x slots and two ordinary PCI slots.I am in need of a good graphics card with features like pixel shader 2.0,TNL support and more...for gaming purpose.Any one can give me some information about the graphics card available for my motherboard?(PCI express 1x & 2 PCI slots).which will be better for usage in these two?

Are you sure you have your ports right? The best video port is PCI Express x16, then AGP. PCI Express x1 slots don't support video cards. If those are all the slots you have then you are stuck using the old PCI slot. I think you should double check your PCI Express slot to see if it is x16 though.

I could give you advice on a video card but I would need to know your budget. Here's a pretty solid card if your trying to keep the cost low.

Well my friend, you are screwed. That board does only have PCI and PCI Express 1x, which means there is no way to put a good gaming card in it, the best for PCI is the X1300 and it is not a good gamer. There are no cards for PCIe 1x.
