Do you know any thing about the Brentwood apartments or any other apts in Temple. Please tell me all that you know about apts there & possibly what the utilities average there. I am going to move to Temple in the next month or two & need to find an affordable apt.

Utilities in Temple are reasonable - you will want gas heat (not electric) as it is usually cheaper! The weather is pretty nice year round, but a little hot in the winter - I would avoid the top floor of an apartment building since it costs more to cool than the lower floors.
