Oh give it a rest! You've had your day in court and have been proven innocent. Don't waste any more of MY tax $$$ by dragging it back into court. Get over it and get on with your life.

Well let's think about that.... What judge would you stand before? ah yes, the one that supports femi-nazism in order to get elected..... and who made the original allegation? Prolly some female that promotes femi-nazism. So what's the chances of getting deformation of character? hmm, ask your local femi-nazi based "abuse" organization. Fact of the matter is you are right to think women should be responsible for the accusations they make in the course of a divorce but if you don't have the ballz to pick up a gun and be counted then guess what? YOU ARE THE PROBLEM in effect because you sit back and let it happen.

it depends on one major consideration-who actually accused you?? did it alter your life in a big way ?? and can he/she actually afford to pay you??-just because the accuser has been told to pay you x amount of dollars doesn't mean that in the eyes of the public you are innocent-just that the case was unproven and they defamed your name in the process for which you where paid damages. if you feel you must take some degree of action then apply to the courts to enforce your accuser/s to draft a full letter of apology staing that all the accusations where indeed unfounded and unwarranted to be published (at their expense) in the local papers exonerating you of any accusations of child molestation. then get on with your own life.
