I'm at secret garden and there are some blocks and what to do with them I can't climb I tried that

Well, you didn't try hard enough. I'm guessing you're at the bull-like Colossus (...which is an exaggeration, because the Colossus is rather small in comparison to his counterparts).
You need to climb on the towers and run across the stone pathways, steadily making your way up and around to the arcade... if you do, an event will occur where you'll knock the Colossus' armor off and reveal its weak spot.
Taking it down after that? You're on your own. :-)
