After getting on YahooAnswers out of curiosity, I - like many I am sure - have quickly noticed that when it comes to at least politics, this is not so much a place to actually ask serious questions, but a place for what seems to be just juvenile slander and sh*t talking; there are some liberals bitching about much of the nations current ailments(specifically Iraq) but what is realistically true is that this place contains mostly angry right-wingers spewing one juvenile crass statement about Liberals or “Democraps” after the other. They literally post over 100 times a day(which leads up to thousands of posts) talking about how Liberals are "fags" who (the now famous)“hate America, and love terrorist!”. Wow, and that is just ONE example.
So my real question is: Does this sort of rant prove that Conservatism is actually a mental disorderlike this actual scientific study indicates??

Is this place your petri-dish, or your control?
Have you taken a lucid inventory of the puerile questions posed by your comrades? They aren't even questions. Just shrill complaints. You can help change the climate around here by asking fair and balanced questions. If you are truly curious, the intention will show in your carefully chosen words. People respond to a level playing ground.

You were attacked by the people answering this prior to me because you attacked them by saying they may have a mental disorder. I do not think being a hard left or right person indicates any mental disorder, just poor influence. Most people's thoughts are a reflection of their upbringing. My parents, for example, are more conservative than liberal, therefore I am as well. However, that being said, I am a grown adult in my mid 40's and believe they are correct. Not because they raised me that way, but because working for a living rather than being given everything by a government is the right way to go in any society and that has been proven time and time again. I want to be governed, not ruled.
I watched an interesting show on Discovery last night discussing the true history of so-called "Vampires" and it showed a woman of royal lineage who killed over 1600 virgins in 10 years. No one of the royal court seemed to care or take action until she did it to one of their own. When that was discovered, her orderly's, who HAD to assist her (or they would have been killed), were killed for just that. She was locked away in solitude.
We see it in our own governments today, to some degree. Those that think they are above the law because of their political position should be stripped of it and held accountable. But, it happens at all levels of government. We have a Mayor here in Jacksonville Beach, Florida that got upset because a friend of his received a ticket. Thankfully, the Chief-of-Police cited with the person giving the ticket. However, if he didn't, that person would probably have lost their job.
Then there is people like Senator Ted Kennedy who killed a girl years ago. Other people in America that have done similar things are in jail. He is of the rich-and-powerful...the elite...he can't, and won't, be held accountable.
Though I am more conservative minded than liberal, I am an Independent because it is my belief that the Republicans and the Democrats have had more than 200 years to fix all the problems in this country and they are just making matters worse. It is time to get people in there that are truly for the American people and not for some big company or other special interest groups.
Now, for you that wrote this question, before you think poorly of the capitalists in this country, maybe you should look at the billions of dollars we give every year and to all the different countries we give it to (including your country). If we decided to stop helping countries, where would they be?

I think so, but I don't feel too sorry for them.. the disorder is called selfishness.. it seem to me they will do anything to keep from discussing the issues, because they know they are wrong... You've seen how they pack the message board with ridiculous questions... Half the time it's inflammatory and the other half it's nonsense questions... the board moves too quickly to have any kind of reasonable debate with them, so I just goof around with my questions too.. Kind of sad really, I was hoping to maybe
change a few minds, but I tried the same thing about 4 years ago and had the same problem on another message board...

And, of course, you believe that it's right an natural for Democrats and liberals to continually post supposed questions like your that continually do the sme things that you're complaining about to Republicans and Conservatives. Your arguement is totally one-sided and without merit.

No, it proves that extremism from EITHER side is a mental disorder. Your post further perpetuates that idea.

Your kidding, right? Have you overlooked or blocked out the Q&A from the other side of the fence, or does it just make more sense to you?
