It depends on what kind of cell wall you are talking about. A plant cell wall is different from an animal cell wall. Much like a eukaryotic cell and a prokaryotic cell. If you are asking if an animal cell has a cell wall? Then yes... A animals' cells have walls.

Neither do humans nor do any animals have cell walls. cell walls are present only in plants. if u r looking for the human cell membrane, it allows the entry of substances in and out of the cells ( like salts and water ) . the cell membrane is selectively permeable , which means , it allows limited substances to enter ( only those necessary for the cell ) unlike a plant cell with cell wall.
