Look I had a problem and thought I couldnt stop smoking and after three goes I did.
My health got worse and I knew I'd have to do something so in the end I stopped and I did love to smoke but your health comes first.
You seem to loose weight more when you smoke.but no one can do it for you,do it yourself
best of luck.

If giving up 'fags' is affecting your health adversely, and if you are only doing so for health reasons, then one thing you might consider is not giving up!

Right now I'm getting increasingly worried about the activities of the 'health fascists' who, not content with giving us health information (which is welcome) then try to bully and browbeat and legislate us out of the opportunity to do things which are not criminal, and which give us pleasure!

I cannot think of a luxury which is not dangerous: drinking alcohol; sexual activity (maybe a necessity?); smoking; chocolates... they are all indulgences which can impair your health! Oh, I forgot eating meat!

I can see that the pursuit of pleasure irrespective of the cost is a lunatic hedonism, but to pursue health irrespective of happiness is to aim for a miserable dotage!
